For Your First Visit

• Bring your insurance card, driver’s license, and a prescription from your doctor.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to fill our paperwork.
• Expect your first visit to last approximately 45 minutes – 1 hour.
• Be prepared to pay your co-pay at the beginning of treatment (if applicable).
  We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Contact your local Ortho Rehab for payment details).
• Please dress appropriately (see FAQs).

Insurances Accepted

Ortho Rehab accepts and files all insurances, both in network and out of network, as a courtesy to our patients. Contact your local Ortho Rehab to find out which insurances we are in network with. (Contact)

* We are in network with all Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurances with exception of the self insured Health Advantages which serves Baptist and Blue Cross employees.
